Information used on your device
No account or email address is requested. Learning progress, scores, preferences and language are saved in your browser under kinu.save.v8. This version does not upload that save to Firebase or another remote database. Older saves may contain information from earlier versions; they are not automatically erased.
Wippy and external services
Wippy searches this site's learning content in your browser. Questions are not sent to an external AI provider by this application. Conversation text is held in the current page and is not written to persistent storage by the helper. The former remote AI endpoint is retired. Do not enter sensitive information. Fonts use your device's installed fonts. Links to external AI tools open independent services governed by their own privacy notices.
Technical navigation data
Delivering a website necessarily exposes connection information, such as IP address and request metadata, to the hosting infrastructure. This application does not implement advertising, visitor analytics, profiling or a mailing list. This does not establish that the hosting provider keeps no logs.
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. on the Hobby plan. Necessary connection data supports delivery and protection of the site; the controller relies on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to assessing necessity and balancing users’ rights. Vercel explains its own processing in its Privacy Notice. Its Terms apply to Hobby. The published DPA expressly identifies Pro and Enterprise; its applicability to this Hobby project is not represented as confirmed.
Vercel publishes a one-hour retention window for Hobby runtime logs. This is not a retention limit for every infrastructure or security record. Its Privacy Notice gives purpose-based retention criteria and describes international processing and transfer safeguards, rather than promising exclusively EU processing. Project screenshots supplied by the operator showed no installed integrations or configured environment variables, Analytics awaiting activation and no Speed Insights data for the selected period.
Retention and control
Local progress has no application-set expiry and stays until removed through your browser's site-data settings, browser policies or an action you take. Clearing it loses progress on that browser. Wippy conversation text disappears on reload. For hosting retention, see the distinction between runtime logs and other provider records above. The app does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.
Privacy correspondence
If you choose to email the controller, your email address and message are processed to answer your request and meet applicable obligations, including GDPR rights requests (Article 6(1)(c) where applicable). Gmail is an external email service governed by Google’s privacy policy. Correspondence is needed to handle and document the request; the controller must limit retention to this purpose and any applicable legal or dispute requirements. Gmail account arrangements and deletion practices remain to be verified by the controller. Sending an email is optional and is not required to use Kiwippy.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection from the controller; consent can be withdrawn for any processing based on consent. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the GDPR rules on extensions. You can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. The operator does not receive your local save through this application and should not ask you to send unnecessary personal information.
Children
The current application does not offer child accounts or request a child's email address. Information should be read with an adult where needed. Introducing accounts, cloud AI or consent-based processing involving children requires a new assessment and an updated notice.

Eventuali salvataggi precedenti vengono conservati. Wippy cerca nei contenuti del sito sul dispositivo: questa versione non invia le domande a fornitori AI e non salva la conversazione in modo persistente. L'endpoint AI remoto è disattivato. Non inserire dati sensibili.
Il caricamento del sito rende necessariamente disponibili all'infrastruttura di hosting IP e metadati delle richieste. Il codice applicativo non implementa pubblicità, analytics dei visitatori, profilazione o newsletter. Questo non significa che l'hosting non conservi log.
L’hosting è Vercel Inc., piano Hobby. I dati di connessione necessari servono a erogazione e protezione del sito; il titolare si basa sul legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR), previa valutazione di necessità e bilanciamento dei diritti. Vercel descrive i propri trattamenti nella Privacy Notice. I Termini si applicano a Hobby. Il DPA pubblicato indica espressamente Pro ed Enterprise: non ne presentiamo come confermata l’applicabilità a questo progetto Hobby.
Vercel pubblica una finestra di un’ora per i runtime log Hobby, che non equivale al limite per ogni registro infrastrutturale o di sicurezza. La Privacy Notice indica criteri di conservazione legati alle finalità e descrive trattamenti internazionali e garanzie per i trasferimenti; non promette trattamento esclusivamente UE. Le schermate fornite dal gestore mostravano nessuna integrazione o variabile configurata, Analytics da attivare e assenza di dati Speed Insights nel periodo selezionato.
I progressi locali non hanno scadenza impostata dall'app e restano fino alla cancellazione tramite impostazioni del browser, politiche del browser o azione dell'utente. Cancellandoli perdi i progressi su quel browser. La conversazione di Wippy scompare ricaricando la pagina. I siti esterni collegati hanno informative autonome; non vengono caricati font da Google.
Se scegli di scrivere al contatto privacy, indirizzo email e messaggio vengono trattati per rispondere alla richiesta e adempiere agli obblighi applicabili, incluso l’esercizio dei diritti GDPR (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c, quando applicabile). Gmail è un servizio email esterno soggetto all’informativa Google. La corrispondenza serve a gestire e documentare la richiesta: il titolare deve limitarne la conservazione a tale finalità e agli obblighi legali o alle esigenze di tutela applicabili. Accordi relativi all’account Gmail e prassi di cancellazione restano da verificare dal titolare. Scrivere è facoltativo e non è necessario per usare Kiwippy.
Nei casi previsti dal GDPR puoi chiedere al titolare accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione, oltre a revocare eventuali consensi. Il termine ordinario di risposta è un mese, salvo proroghe previste dal GDPR. Puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Non sono effettuate decisioni automatizzate con effetti giuridici o analogamente significativi. Il sito non richiede account o email ai minori; nuove funzioni che ne trattino dati richiedono una valutazione dedicata.
